It is our intention to ensure that our jewelry arrives on time and completely intact. If this is not the case, you can reach us at email@example.com. Please state in the subject of your mail -> complaint: order number. Please include your telephone number in the text so that we can respond as quickly as possible and resolve your issue.
If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
Engraved items, special-orders and final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
Returned items need to arrive at our facility in their original condition. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss
International returns & exchanges
For our international customers (outside the Netherlands) we also accept returns and exchanges. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
